About me

Who am I?

I’m just a girl in my 20s who has decided to dedicate the younger years of my life to traveling this world!

I moved from the US (California) to Spain for a study abroad program in 2016. In 2017, I briefly moved back to CA to graduate university before moving yet again in 2019 to embark on the next adventure with my husband! We lived in Serbia for a bit over two years and have since recently returned to the US (California) for the next chapter of our lives, being an aunt and uncle.

I’ve lived in three countries, learned three languages, and figured out that I thrive out of my comfort zone, now always encouraging others to try and do the same. 11 countries and 45+ cities later, I’m nowhere near done!

How I ended up traveling the world?

Let’s be honest now – I got my heart broken. I was dumped right before college and felt like the only way to move on was to leave the country. Not the state, but the country… LOL. Boy I could not be more thankful for that event setting me down the path I am on today. I discovered an exhilarating sense of freedom, a spirit that loves adventure, a soul that yearns for connection, and a pretty dang sweet husband.

I have never been a better version of myself than who I am when I’m traveling the world. It’s changed the core of who I am in a way that I didn’t know was possible. Initially scared to leave the comfort of California, I now can’t imagine my life if I would have stayed.

My advice to you: buy that ticket you’ve been scared to purchase and get out of there. You my dear, are in for the thrill of a lifetime.
